It´s possible to visit our website without disclosing any personal data besides the technical data provided for the operation of the website itself. For transparency reasons, our privacy notice can be found on every page.

You can use our contact form for ordering catalogues. Using our contact form, you provide us with your personal data. This includes name, address, and the desired catalogue. You may provide us with more information like your email-address, but you don’t have to. We will use this information only for your request and delete them after fulfilling it. This Website uses an open-source project named Matomo https://matomo.org/ (Piwik). For this purpose, so-called “cookies” are used. Cookies are text files that are stored on the user’s computer. Matomo exclusively runs on the servers of Mittwald CM Service GmbH & Co. KG. Only there the user’s personal data are stored. IP-addresses are shortened to prevent identification of users. Data collected is not disclosed to any third party. The shortened IP-address cannot be reassigned to the visiting computer. By this analysis we can see how different parts of our website are used and, on this basis, improve our website and user experience. Matomo will only be used if you have given your consent. 7. Google web fonts
For a uniform representation of fonts, we use the so-called Google Web Fonts, that are provided by Google. When calling up our webpage, your browser loads the web fonts needed into the browser cache to present fonts and texts correctly. Therefore, the browser used must create a connection with the Google Servers. Hereby Google learns that our website has been called up via your IP-Address. We use Google Web Fonts to present our online offers in a uniform and attractive way. This is our legitimate interest (Art. 6 1 f GDPR). 8. Photographs and videos during events (e. g fairs)
We shoot pictures and videos of the participants and the venue for the purpose of capturing the atmosphere and the general impression of the event. We can use those images/videos for internal and external marketing purposes, as well as for presentations. A selection of photos and videos will be marketed on the webpage of puris Bad GmbH & Co. KG, as well as on our social media profiles like Pinterest, Instagram, Facebook and Youtube. Legal basis is our legitimate interest according to Art. 6 1 f GDPR. If you do not want us to take and process pictures/videos of you, please inform our staff.
When visiting our stand, our marketing staff will collect meeting and contact information. Those will be used for the purpose of the preparation of a business connection based on Art. 6 1 b GDPR. After the fair your personal data will be transferred to the responsible area sales manager. The fair protocols will be digitized and stored within our CRM-system. In case we did not enter a business relationship with each other your data is only stored in accordance with legal requirements.

In order to expand our reach, we have several social media profiles. When you visit one of our profiles, the operator of this platform may also collect and process your personal data.
